I started with the Beef Stew and thought that was great, but when I tried the Cornish Hen I just had to keep eating it every night. They’re wonderful! And the potatoes have a flavor that I can’t quite distinguish but it’s divine. Marcia M - Milwaukee
My husband and I had the honor of Chef Pam as our personal chef for our wedding day. Our wedding consisted of 25 people and we wanted to add a special touch by utilizing a personal chef rather than catering the food. After researching several websites, I decided to give Chef Pam a call. She sat down and helped customize a wonderful menu, and worked within our budget without “skimping” on any detail or quality.
On our wedding day, the hors d’oeuvres were spectacularly presented buffet style with fine attention to detail - caprese skewers, brie kisses, and creamy beet spread on endive to name a few. All our guests expressed that they were completely blown away by the appetizers. Once seated, the two very professional servers brought us lemon chevre and pine nut salad with Italian vinaigrette and fresh warm rolls. Our next course ~ beef tenderloin with peppercorn brandy cream sauce and chicken lombardy accompanied with twice-baked potato casserole and roasted asparagus. Chef Pam even accommodated one of our vegetarian guests with artichoke spinach lasagna.
The kitchen was spotless as Chef Pam and crew disappeared, leaving everything as it was before showing up. My husband and I agree that our money was best spent on our wedding day towards the personal chef dining experience. I HIGHLY recommend Chef Pam to anyone who wants a top-quality chef service, whether for group parties, small weddings, or simply in the comfort of their own home. Ashley and John S - wedding day
Thank you for the tremendous dishes you prepared for my Thanksgiving dinner. The Autumn Roasted veggies were delicious, your mashed potatoes were the best I've ever had, the stuffing was amazing and the Sweet Potato Au Gratin was to die for! Not only were they easy to heat, but the dishes were worth at least twice the cost! I had some health issues this year but with your help, my holiday dinner was the best!
